Rethinking the Traditional Lawn
If you're tired of watering, fertilizing and constantly mowing traditional grass, Micro Clover is an interesting alternative. This low-growing perennial can be planted on its own to create a clover lawn or mixed into existing grass to create a more resilient turf.
Micro Clover naturally fixes nitrogen in the soil, which reduces the need for added fertilizer. It stays relatively short, tolerates mowing and foot traffic, and its dense growth can help compete with weeds. It also requires less water than a conventional grass lawn once established.
The seeds are pre-inoculated to support proper nitrogen fixation.

About Seed Therapy
Formerly Southern Seeds, Seed Therapy was founded by Ryan and Kim Dorn in 2019, building on more than 50 years of family experience with farming, growing and seeds. Today, it's a multi-generational family business offering more than 800 seed varieties.
We especially like their commitment to American-grown seeds and sourcing transparency. They work with trusted U.S. farms, disclose when a variety isn't grown domestically and have donated millions of seeds to schools, community gardens, churches and communities affected by natural disasters.
Why It's In Our Cart
This one caught our attention because it questions whether every yard really needs to be a perfectly manicured patch of traditional grass. Less watering, less mowing, no fertilizer required and a plant that actually adds nitrogen back into the soil? That's worth testing. We especially like that you don't have to commit to an entire clover lawn. You can start by mixing a small percentage into the grass you already have.
